1. The terms of this Golf Cart Rental Agreement run from the date of Cart delivery until the collection of the Cart, and completion of all terms of this agreement by Solar Creativity Caribbean Limited and the Renter (undersigned).

2. The Rental Term is Prepaid - bookings are confirmed after payment has been successfully received, and usage of the Golf Cart is guaranteed for duration of the prepaid rental term ONLY. The Renter may extend the rental dates by mutual consent with Solar Creativity Caribbean Limited. A transportation fee of BBD$250.00 plus VAT will be charged for rental booking periods of less than 7 days. Any payments made towards the establishment of this rental agreement are non-refundable in the event of early cancellation.

3. The Renter, and any additional person operating the Golf Cart with the Renter’s permission, must be in possession of a valid Driver’s License. The Renter will not sublease the Rental Vehicle or use it as a vehicle for hire.

4. The Renter will use the Golf Cart only for personal use and operate the Golf Cart only on the property to which it is agreed to be operated on. The Golf Cart is to be operated on properly maintained roads, parking lots and Golf Cart paths and fairways. The Renter is not allowed to take the Golf Cart on the main road as it is not licensed for road use.

5. The Renter agrees to be held accountable for any loss or damage sustained to the Golf Cart while in their possession and/or between the dates of the agreed upon terms set forth in this Golf Cart Rental Agreement and is therefore liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements needed.

6. This Golf Cart Rental Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Solar Creativity Caribbean Limited and the Renter (undersigned) with respect to this rental arrangement. No modification to this agreement can be made unless in writing signed by both Parties.
